Quitopaste™

It started in 2001 on improvised hotplates deep in the Amazon jungle. We were hosts on the ranch of our friend Pepe (pictured below with book in hand) when we unlocked nutraceuticals from the paya tree. The revolution had begun! Only we did not yet know it. This food paste tastes as good as it is nutritious. In contrast with many other nutraceuticals, it contains no harmful pesticides. This is one of our most exciting projects - more coming soon.
